APPROACH

As a holistically trained psychotherapist and yoga teacher, my role with clients is to provide a safe container for psychotherapeutic work, psychedelic planning, preparation, integration.

I use a holistic, trauma-informed, attachment based, and internal family systems perspective to inform my practice. I believe that people are doing their best. I believe the therapeutic container that we co-create is a powerful tool. I believe that a person is a whole being and I do my best to keep in mind all spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical aspects in healing. I respect the relationship I have with my client and hold it as the most sacred element in the therapeutic relationship. I encourage the use of body-awareness, meditation, and relaxation techniques as a part of the healing journey.

I am on my way to certification in Internal Family Systems Therapy as well as Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy. These are already important parts of my practice and I love learning more.

When it comes to using psychedelics to support the therapeutic process, I believe in the principle that a difficult “trip” is not necessarily bad – and can actually be the gateway to profound healing. I believe that people have their own Inner Healing Intelligence and I am a guide or companion on the journey.
